FINANCIAL ACCOUTNING:-

The Financial Accounting module will cater to the day-to-day accounting transactions. The following transactions viz. Cash/Bank Receipts/Payments, Journal Vouchers, Debit/Credit Notes and Non-item Purchases & Sales are covered. It allows for multiple many-to-many, multi-currency debit and credit entries in transactions. It provides for an on-line posting to the respective ledgers.

The inventory module will keep track of all types of stores receipts and stores issues (Transaction) for various Work Orders. The stores will inform the merchandiser of availability of raw materials for a particular Work Order. The merchandiser raises a Purchase Order based on the Re-order level report for the items required.

All Post Dated cheques received or issued are tracked through the PDC module. It provides the facility of discounting of PDCs. Dishonoured cheques are also tracked through this module.

All import LCs are tracked through the LC module. It provides the facility of entering shipment details of an LC, port confirmation and retirement of documents. The Bank position regarding LC limits and TR limits for any period can be monitored through this module.

FIXED ASSETS MONITORING:-

The Fixed Assets Monitoring module caters to the Fixed Asset Purchasing, Transfer and Disposal activities and generates useful ledgers and management reports and helps manage the company's Fixed Assets more effectively. It tracks the history of each asset of the organization from the time of purchase to the time of disposal/write-off.

PERSONNEL AND PAYROLL:-

The Personnel and Payroll module caters to the Personnel information, Company information, Leave records and Payroll Processing activities of an organization and generates useful ledgers and management reports and helps manage Personnel and Payroll activities more effectively.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION:-

The System Administration module is an enterprise-wide Security Control & Audit Trial Business Software Package designed to meet the Security and Audit requirements of Medium to Large Organizations. It is a sophisticated Management Information System which generates a variety of reports designed to give the management effective control on Security & Audit activities in particular.It covers the following major operational areas:i. Company Parameterisationii. Users Definitioniii. Access Rights Definitioniv. Voucher SequencesThe Database maintains valuable information of Company Profiles, Users, Access Rights, etc. The system governs the access to individual options in each Application area, be it Insert, Amend, Delete, View or Print. It has upto 9 levels of authorization, 9 being the highest level and is only granted to the System Supervisor. The System Supervisor can then define individual users along with their access rights.The Audit Trial feature provides activity reports for each User right from the time he logs into the system to the time he logs out the system. In between it tracks the modules the User has accessed along with various options. Any unauthorized access is also logged.
